Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on how collaborative our clients are and our work load is. However, our process timing is as follows:

–      1 to 2 design weeks for Essential Pack

–      2 to 3 design weeks for Functional and Special Pack

–      4 to 6 design weeks for Full house Pack (It also depends on how big the house is)

We have worked on many renovation projects, and we love them! But unfortunately, we are unable to assist on home renovations. Since we work with people from around the world (mainly USA, México, Colombia, and Spain), our services are limited to styling and bringing the finishing touches to your house.

We don’t do renovations; however, we can bring you beautiful ideas so you can implement them with a specialist.

No. We work with pre-made furniture or give your existing furniture a new look. We can provide ideas and suggestions but focus primarily on styling and suggesting some finishes.

It depends on the design pack you choose, but ranges from 15 to 90 days. Once you receive the design and the allotted post-sale time assistance has passed, you cannot make changes to the design. We would like to give our new clients the same personalized assistance and experience. If you would like to make changes after the aforementioned post-sale time has passed, we can offer our services on a per hour rate ($45).

Yes! We want our clients to feel happy with the final result, so we will always be happy to help answer your questions, as long as it is not a change in the final delivered and approved design.

You can ask for them as long it doesn’t exceed 3 months, since we are constantly working with new clients to whom we want to provide the same service we offered. If after these 3 months, you want to make changes to the design, we offer our services on a per hour rate (45 dollars).

You have 3 months to ask for alternates because the stocked product constantly changes. During our design process, we took the necessary time to find the perfect pieces for your home; we recommend buying them as soon as possible to avoid stock selling out. Remember that our design is also your guide; after 3 months, we recommend you look for a product closest to the style, color, and material we have suggested in our final design.

We don’t do refunds. In our experience, our clients fall in love with the spaces we design. The more collaborative you are with us, the better results we will get. Our design process is all about teamwork, and we always give our best to create your dream space!

No. But we make the process much easier by giving you the shopping list with the link and specifications of the suggested products. (This one does not apply to the Essential pack that doesn’t include the shopping list)

You are the one in charge of making your space a reality!! But with us by your side. You can ask as many questions as you have regarding the installation assembly process, even if the post-sale service and 3-month policy are exceeded (Up to 1 year after you receive the final design).
